Accessibility

Built to be usable by everyone.

PlondoLife is committed to making plondolife.com accessible to every visitor — including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or other assistive technologies.

Our standard

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level. The site is designed with semantic HTML, descriptive image alt text, keyboard-navigable controls, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast in both light and dark modes, and respect for the user’s reduced-motion preference.

What we’re doing

  • Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator.
  • Decorative images use empty alt text; meaningful images have descriptive alt text.
  • Animations honor prefers-reduced-motion; disabling motion in your OS turns off entrance animations and the auto-rotating hero.
  • Form inputs are associated with labels and announce validation errors.
  • Color contrast is checked against WCAG AA in both light and dark themes.
  • The hero image rotator pauses on hover and only announces the active slide.

Where we’re still working

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a checkbox. We welcome feedback. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can fix it.

Tell us if something is broken

Email support@plondo.com with the page URL and a description of what isn’t working. We aim to respond within two business days and to resolve critical issues within ten business days.
